Support your team with these volleyball ties

Get ready for any game day with a volleyball patterned tie in your school colors.

Perfect idea for a coach, team members, parent or other fans. It gives you a nice splash of your team color and is sport-appropriate.

I currently have three different patterns that come in school color options. And these come in 14 different colors such as black, gold, purple, orange and red. You can see the wider range down below.

One of the patterns is like the black one above with evenly spaced volleyballs in white over a dark background. There’s a subtle pattern over the background that looks like a wood gym floor.

A second is shown here to the right in purple. It’s a square argyle-style pattern with white volleyballs in the solid purple blocks and a square in the white blocks. The entire pattern has a subtle gray background of a volleyball net. If you’re feeling brave, this design can be customized further by going into the design too and changing the background color.

The third school color option has random volleyballs in different sizes. The background has a large-sized subtle chevron pattern that blends into the color.

I do have one other volleyball tie at the moment. Well, two actually. It’s a sketch version of volleyballs in neon colors on either a black or a white background. Great if you’re having to support numerous teams with different colors and just want a standard volleyball tie.

Brush Stroke Class of 2021 Car Flags

Car flags became hugely popular when we all realized in person graduation ceremonies were unlikely to happen.

The desire to still celebrate your graduate and their accomplishments fueled the drive-by party and just a need to proclaim their accomplishment far and wide.

While I have some that feature pictures, the most popular by far was this cool brush stroke designs in school colors. For 2020, of course. But I’ve gotten ready for the upcoming school year for the class of 2021.

I have them in most of the common school colors with a few with black backgrounds to help the lighter colors stand out better. You can get into the design tool to change the colors up if you like.

(Note that this isn’t a design that you can customize in terms of changing the year. But I do already have them for the class of 2022 if that’s what you need. Working on more years soon!)

The flags are super light, but made with heavy duty double-ply fabric. Attaches to your car with a plastic clip.

Seniors Seniors Seniors stickers

As we head back to school, stickers are a great option for decorating up your notebooks, binders, lockers and lunchboxes.

I’ve taken my SENIORS design and created a set of stickers in the various school colors that can be applied just about anywhere you like.

The stickers come on one sheet and you can choose from five sizes of sheet from 3″ square to 14″ square. I have five stickers per sheet. On the smallest size, the bigger stickers are 1.25″ wide, while the smaller stickers are about .75″ wide. Each are just a bit taller than that. As you choose a larger size sheet, the stickers will get bigger.

The material for the stickers is available in glossy transparent – as shown above – and matte white as shown to the right here. They’re cut to the shape of the image and are easily removable when the time comes.

Available in most of the 14 school colors I design in. Note that lighter colors will do better printed on the white than the transparent. And you can go in to the design too to change up the sticker colors as you like. So you can make some red and some black, for instance.

Colorful paw print tattoos

This particular design is so very basic, but that’s also part of what makes it so perfect!

It’s a sheet of temporary tattoos of solid colored paw prints. They’re great for a pet event or if your school mascot is a cat (tiger, lion, wildcat, bobcat, panther, cougar) or canine (bulldog, wolf, greyhound, husky, terrier). You could probably be creative in interpreting other animals that the prints might work for.

I have each sheet set up with an assortment of tattoos. The six large paws are approximately 2″ in size, the eight medium 1.5″ and the 16 small 1″. They come in green, purple, burnt orange, red, blue, orange, black and maroon, as well as a black paw print version. And except for the last, you can go into the design tool at Zazzle to change the colors and even rescale the sizes if you like. (Note that I don’t have lighter colors like yellow, gold or silver because those won’t show up well as a tattoo. Gotta stick with the darker/bolder shades.)

The sheets are about letter size and the non-colored area will be clear so your skin shows through. You’ll have to cut apart each of the tattoos. They’re designed to stay on for a few days and wipe off with baby oil.

School Colors Chevron Volleyball Fabric

purple volleyball fabric

I wouldn’t say I’m huge into surprises, but I definitely enjoy pleasant ones. Which is exactly where I am with the various fabrics I’ve designed. I never would have thought they would have taken off like they have.

Two things come to mind as to why. One is that I try to stick with things I don’t see often on fabric and the other being the surge of people making their own masks. (As a side note, I do have these patterns also on masks you can just buy, so you don’t have to be able to sew to enjoy a unique mask.)

One of the reasons I got into designing products again was that one of nieces was a volleyball player and it was next to impossible to find volleyball items that weren’t pink or ugly. Now, we know I’m not going to be doing ugly, so my additional focus was on making my designs in a wide range of school colors.

And given how many I have, my second surprise with fabric is how popular the purple is. Well, at least I was surprised until I thought about it and realized it’s probably not a school color you can easily find. Plus, it’s girly without being too girly, right?

Zazzle prints seven different fabric types – cotton, poplin, linen, etc. – and you can get them in swatch, fat quarter or by the yard (up to 10 continuous yards). They’re printed with colorfast pigment inks that won’t fade.

Below are the colors my chevron volleyball fabric comes in. Enjoy!
